What the Flags Mean

• Inspected / No Significant Defects — nothing to flag.
• Minor Defect — needs maintenance, monitoring, upgrading, or evaluation.
• Major Defect — may cause significant damage or injury; repair or evaluation urged.
• Material Defect / Hazard — seriously unsafe; should not be used until corrected.
• Not Accessible — present but couldn’t be reached; further inspection recommended.
• Evaluation / Maintenance / Upgrade Recommended — unclear condition, routine upkeep, or a safety/utility upgrade.
